For those of you that don’t know, this is us, Alicia and Tristan McDowell and together we are MoonDance Photography!
We are a husband and wife team with 2 beautiful children our 8-year-old Cohltrane, our 2-year-old Annalise, and a Shorkie Baby puppy, a crazy marriage, and some serious lack of sleep! We make your dreams and needs come true because we are passionate about what we do.
We are foodies, but mostly fight over where we want to eat. We are parents and mostly fight over who is more tired. Outside of photography on a free weekend, we can be found hiking, mountain biking, or shopping and trying new things.
On a session with us, there is a 98% chance (as most who have been on shoots with us know) there is ALWAYS some kind of competition going on between us for the best shot, because well we are competitive as can be!

Our favorite kind of photography is engagement and wedding. Our style is true colors and moody. And you are guaranteed to laugh if you hang out with us because well trust me, I (Alicia) am AWKWARD haha!
